As many of you are aware, my eldest son's passion for Lion Dance and Chinese culture was ignited during his time at his previous school. With Chinese New Year just around the corner, it's now our parental mission to seek out where and when these vibrant lion dance performances will be happening.
For those of you who will be in Singapore during this festive season, I've compiled a comprehensive guide to the exciting events, activities, and traditions taking place in the city-state during CNY 2024. Immerse yourself in the lively spirit of the season!
Lion Dances & Workshops:
IKEA: Get hands-on by crafting your own Chinese dragon puppet (ages 5-12) and witness traditional lion dances for a prosperous start! (Feb 18, 11 am & 3 pm, Jurong, Tampines & Alexandra)
